Villa Marin’s health care program covers medical needs.

Villa Marin works with Medicare, Kaiser and other HMO plans. Physicians hold regular office hours in our health center’s clinic, and are always on call. Credentialed nurses are on duty 24hrs a day. A 28-bed assisted-living unit and 31-bed skilled nursing facility are available to you in the health center for temporary or extended care. Referral to a specialist, emergency services, physical therapy, diagnostic tests, and acute care at local hospitals, along with on-site physical, occupational, and speech therapy are available.

Medical Director & Lead Attending Physician, David Berman, MD

Dr. Berman graduated Medical School in 1970 from the University of Maryland. Dr. Berman is a Certified Retirement Medical Director who is highly respected in Marin County.

As medical director Dr. Berman oversees 3-5 attending physicians who both work in our clinic and are on-call 24-7 for our community. Dr. Berman also closely works with physicians who are assigned to Villa Marin’s HMO patients.
