Villa Marin is a not-for-profit community owned and directed entirely by residents.

At Villa Marin governance is invested in our elected Board of Directors who are owners of homes here. A number of resident committees oversee operations such as Dining Services, Health Services, Entertainment and Excursions, Admissions, and Maintenance. The community is administered by a professional management team accountable to the Board of Directors. Villa Marin holds substantial financial reserves and has no long-term debt. Your investment in a home at Villa Marin is designed for your enjoyment and a care-free retirement.

As a home owner, you become a valued member of the Villa Marin Homeowners Association and are expected to contribute your experience on a committee while able.
