Villa Marin residents own their own homes but are relieved of housekeeping and maintenance and many other concerns, such as access to medical care which is available on-site by licensed professionals in our health center.

When you purchase one of Villa Marin’s spacious condominiums, you acquire 100 percent equity in your home. You may sell your condo at any time, or include it in your estate with any appreciated value. In accordance with your individual medical contract given at the time of your purchase, you will be entitled to excellent medical and nursing care, delivered on site by physicians, licensed nurses, and other professionals in Villa Marin’s Health Center.
