• Access to Villa Marin onsite Health Care Center staffed by a Doctor Monday to Friday.
• Licensed Nurses only on-site in the Health Care Center 24/7 - We do not staff with Medtechs or Caretakers in our Clinic.
• Access to Ancillary Services – Lab, X-ray, Therapy services (PT, OT, Speech).
• Medication management program (monthly fee applies).
• Residents receive discounted and priority access to Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing.
