Meet Our Health Administrator

Karina Tapia serves as the Health Services Administrator of the Villa Marin Health Center, leveraging over 25 years of extensive experience in elder care and senior living. Her diverse professional background spans skilled nursing facilities, memory care, assisted living, and independent living communities. Backed by both a Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly certification and a Nursing Home Administrator license, she manages Villa Marin’s comprehensive care spectrum, which includes a Skilled Nursing Facility, Assisted Living, and an on-site Health Clinic. What sets Villa Marin apart under her leadership is its robust, highly qualified care team. The entire Health Center is uniquely equipped with Certified Nursing Assistants, LVNs, RNs, and an on-site therapy team, alongside dedicated doctors who are present Monday through Friday and available on call after hours.
