At Villa Marin you own your condominium home, which your or your heirs may sell at anytime. Condominium homes range in size from studios to 1, 2, or 3 bedrooms, 660 – 2,200 s.f., with private balconies and stunning views.
Our residents and staff are eager to meet you as you travel through the community, visiting our available condominiums, lobby, library, indoor pool, dining room, outdoor areas and more.
Upon arrival, please check in with staff for registration and receive your name badge, Villa Marin brochure and tour information. Enter the main lobby through the glass doors to meet our friendly residents and staff. Enjoy your afternoon at Villa Marin!

Open House Parking:
Villa Marin provides Overflow Parking during our quarterly open houses across the street from Villa Marin at the Northgate Mall. Follow signage at the bottom of Thorndale Drive & Northgate Drive. A shuttle will be waiting for you to take you up the hill to Villa Marin. It is only a 3-minute ride from the parking lot.
