The Health Center at Villa Marin is staffed 24-hours a day with Nurses and Care Givers and during business hours, Physicians and Therapists. Physicians are also on call 24/7.
Assisted living
Assisted Living is available for the resident who needs help with bathing, dressing, medication management and other daily life needs.
Skilled Nursing
Skilled Nursing is available for the resident needing assisted living and a higher level of medical care. These services are available for short-term recovery, long-term care, or for permanent residents in the health center.
CCRC
Villa Marin is a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) where residents have access to assisted living and skilled nursing care if needed as they age.

Villa Marin Resident and Non-Resident Payment Methods
Our team works closely with Villa Marin Residents or Non-Residents to ensure a timely hospital discharge and move-in to Villa Marin skilled nursing. We accept Medicare, multiple health care plans and private pay. Villa Marin is not a participant in the Medi-Cal program.
Health Services for Public Non Villa Marin Residents
The Villa Marin Health Center services are also available to the non-resident public. We invite those in need of temporary short-term skilled nursing and rehabilitation services to stay with us. We provide care to patients who need care following an illness, injury, surgery or hospitalization.We have a full range of therapies, including palliative care, pain management, physical therapy, speech therapy, and occupational therapy.
